Hand-crafted strong, dark ale.  Prepared in the Belgian or Abbey style. Reddish-brown in colour. Sweet and fruity with overtone hints of spices. Well-rounded and rich, its full-bodied flavour seduces and lingers. A cosmopolitan pleasure, revered amongst it’s peers. Blessed beer.  

The scallop shell (Fig. C) is carried by pilgrims who trek thousands of miles to offer it when they reach Santiago de Compostela on July 25th, (Saint James Day). Their steps trace the most important route in Europe; The Way of Saint James. Along the route is our home city, Logroño.
